Product Warranties
1-Year Warranty
We warrant our products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. If a defect arises during the 1-year warranty period, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. This warranty excludes broom fabric and damage caused by misuse, accidents, travel, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. Proof of purchase is required.
Lifetime Warranty Components
We warrant our broom head Pivot Connectors and Faceplates for the lifetime of a broom and offer free replacements for worn or damaged Pivot Connectors and Faceplates (fabric purchase required).
Replacement Product Discount Offer
On all other products and components, excluding fabric. We offer 25% off the replacement of any worn or damaged product/component for as long as you continue to own the product.
